Care, Strength, and Support for Sworn and Civilian Personnel The mission of the Los Angeles Police Cancer Support Group (LAPCSG) is to support members of the law enforcement community—including active sworn and civilian employees, retirees, and their families—by providing a compassionate place to turn following a cancer diagnosis. LAPCSG offers understanding, strength, and peer support, along with access to educational resources within our law enforcement family, as individuals and families navigate the challenges of cancer and its impact on their lives.

“This group became my safe place. Surrounded by others who understood the fear, the fight, and the small victories, I found strength I didn’t know I had. I will forever be grateful for this community.” — Survivor/Member
